The purpose of Hope Chapel is to make function followers of Jesus Christ. One of the ways we do this is through our L.E.A.D. Meetings which stands for Leadership Enrichment and Development. L.E.A.D takes place on the third Sunday of every month from 6 to 8pm. The three parts of these gatherings involve: Training (by the Senior Pastor), Treats (breaking bread together), and Team Building (Ministry Department Training). Hope Chapel’s pastoral team will continue to train men and women in the character, ways and methodology of Christian ministry. As a result they will be able to reproduce mature believers in Christ, who in turn will be able to disciple others to become functioning followers of Jesus Christ. “And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry.” 1 Timothy 1:12 If you are a volunteer at Hope Chapel H.B. that helps with one or more of the following ministries, you are invited and encouraged to attend our monthly leadership training workshop called L.E.A.D.
