We Meet: Every 2nd Saturday of the month @ 8:30 am
Location: The Fellowship Hall
Hope Chapel Men’s Ministry helps men become the spiritual leaders whom God has called us to be – in our homes, work, church and in our communities. It is our mission to equip men to influence the world for Jesus by growing and training each man to become all God intends for Him to be.
Here at Hope Chapel we want to invite men into authentic community so they can better encounter Jesus and experience His dynamic presence and power in their lives. Because we are “jars of clay,” we make no pretenses… that is, guys do not have to get their lives cleaned up before they are welcomed. All of us are “works in progress.” But because God is at work in us through His grace, we can expect to experience His transforming power in our lives, and through us to see that power extended to the lives of others.
We come alongside men to help them follow Jesus in ways that are unique to men through our vocations(loving and glorifying God through our work), roles (such as husbands and fathers), and Kingdom callings (how God has made us and wants to use us to represent His Kingdom in the church, local community, and world).
Men of Hope gatherings include:
- Men’s Breakfasts/Bible Studies - a key time for getting to know other men and develop relationships over great food and conversation on a topic relevant to men.
- Men’s Retreat - an annual opportunity to connect on a deeper level in the southern California mountains.
- Small Groups - for prayer, accountability and study.
- One-On-One Discipleship – a valuable way for men to connect outside of group settings, for prayer and encouragement throughout the work week.
