It is the Word of God the Spirit uses to awaken a response of faith within us and it’s the reliability of the Word of God on which we rest our faith. You needn’t feel it’s your task to create power or bring solutions. Yours is simply to choose Him. God has the power, and He’s given you and me His promises! Make the promise the basis for your faith, and let God into your circumstance by that choice to believe God’s Word.
