The story didn’t begin in Bethlehem or in Nazareth. It started long before.

Often when we read very familiar stories it is easy for us to see the characters struggles or flaws and instantly conclude how different we would be. I am convinced God included the flaws because this is what we relate to the most. We are going to spend the next four weeks seeing the Christmas story through the eyes of those who lived it. The people in these stories are just like us. They struggled to believe and follow God just like us.
