One of the most dangerous heart conditions we can have is unforgiveness. If we do not forgive others, we will not be forgiven, and our faith will not work. If our faith doesn’t work, we are in serious trouble because everything that comes from God comes by faith. Based on what the Bible says, it really doesn’t matter how great the offense was, we serve a God Who is greater, and if we will handle the offense in the right way, He will bring justice, recompense, freedom, and blessing.

If you want a life that God will bless then you must have a commitment to follow His Word. We say this phrase all the time at Hope Chapel- “Obedience = Blessing”. It is more than some cute slogan. It is a life principle. This is how you build lives with God’s blessings. It’s not about luck. It’s about following. For the next few weeks we are going to look at areas of obedience – Biblical behaviors that define following Jesus. These are the actions we must establish in our lives if we desire God’s blessing.
