What do we stand to lose if we are not faithful to God. . . if in fact we do not live for God? Many have this idea that everything is equal up there in Heaven. If you’re a Christian, you’re guaranteed to get into Heaven. Heaven is by grace. Rewards are by works. The question is what happens to you once you arrived in Heaven? Today, we examine what is involved in the giving of rewards as it relates to Christians. We take a closer look at the Judgment Seat of Christ when rewards are determined according to how each Christian lived their life in obedience to Jesus Christ.

Sermon Series: Mastering The Basics

We live in a world filled with uncertainty. But as believers in Jesus Christ, we have a firm foundation. Hebrews 6 calls us to grow in faith, persevere, and hold firm to the hope we have in Jesus. We are about to embark on a deeper comprehension of the very essence of our faith, the fundamental truths about God. This is not a fleeting moment, but a significant step forward in our spiritual growth. Spiritual maturity is not about knowing more facts but about a transformed life. In the weeks ahead, we will look into: Repenting from Evil Deeds, Faith in God, Instruction about Baptisms, Laying on of Hands, Resurrection of the Dead, and Eternal Judgment with the outcome of Mastering the Basics of Christianity.
